SHIPPING

shipping Stock orders are shipped within 2-3 working days from the day order is placed. Any embroidery or custom orders are shipped as soon as production is completed in factory.

Depending if the order is an embroidery order (which is produced in Australia) or a custom order (which is produced of shore) will depict arrival time.

Please provide residential or business address and not PO box as large orders are couriered via Fastway Couriers and will need signature on delivery.

Orders are packaged in cardboard box carton. Please check order when delivered to confirm order delivered is the same as packing list and invoice.


RETURNS

return All goods that have not be altered or processed in anyway can be considered for return. Please make sure you check your invoice and order is correct prior to any production.

If you are shipping your order directly to your printer please make sure the order is checked against packing list as we are only human and can sometimes make packing mistakes.

If you find there is a picking error prior to any production than we can fix it, but once any printing or production has began we can not exchange. We highly recommend that wholesalers check all orders before having them delivered to printer to eliminate any complication.

All exchanges must be made within 10 working days of the invoice, or arrival or goods from courier. NuBlank does not pay any postage fee to return and exchange a product order.
